The office is located in the Franklin Street Woods office park.

From the North:

If traveling from north of Centerville, take I-675 South to Exit 4 (State Route 48 Centerville/Kettering). At the top of the ramp, turn left onto State Route 48 (North Main Street). Turn left onto East Franklin Street. Go past Centerville High School and the Franklin Street Woods office park entrance is on your right. When entering the office park, our office is in the first building on your right.

(If traveling from North of Dayton, it is easiest to take I-75 South past Dayton, and pick up I-675 North. Then follow directions below for traveling from the South.)

From the South:

If traveling from south of Dayton, take I-75 North to I-675 North. Follow I-675 North to Exit 4A (State Route 48/Centervile), where you turn right onto the ramp and then right onto Alex-Bell Road. At the next light, turn right onto North Main Street (State Route 48). Turn left onto East Franklin Street. Go past Centerville High School and the Franklin Street Woods office park entrance is on your right. When entering the office park, our office is in the first building on your right.

From the East (Miamisburg)

Follow 725 East until reaching Centerville. At this point, 725 turns North and follows North Main Street. Do not follow it. Instead continue straight on East Franklin Street. Go past Centerville High School and the Franklin Street Woods office park entrance is on your right. When entering the office park, our office is in the first building on your right.

From the West (Bellbrook)

Take Centerville Station Road West towards Centerville. At Clyo Road, Centerville Station Road changes to East Franklin Street. The Franklin Street Woods office park entrance is on your left. When entering the office park, our office is in the first building on your right.
